1. Treasurer’s Report
a. Bank balance: $10028.00
b. Monthly utilities: $196 toilet paper/towels, $39 electric, $89 spectrum, $27 water, refund $127, picture frames $267, $500 duct cleaning, and $127/mo for septic tank (40 payments left). c. Financials

2. Open House - Barb is point person

c. Barb has fliers and will post in local businesses

3. Travel Gavel Update
a. 8 April, Monday *(Confirm with Larry)

4. Spring/Summer Siding Project- south corner
a. City Lumber has bid; they can store /deliver when we are ready
b. Larry will order: updated quote as of today - $1831.95
c. To do - Larry will cross reference the material list and update as needed, then will updated quote with City Lumber as needed.
d. Rudi to help Grange members to do work.
e. Craig Lazzari has scaffolding
f. Local contractor has a scissor lift he may be willing to support community event like work on grange
g. 7-19 July will be blocked on the schedule
h. Rudi suggested a Facilities sub-committe. 5-year plan; he’ll be the chair
i. Craig, Ed, Amy. Suggested: Craig Lazzari to subcommittee
ii. Projects - railings, drapes, and 5-year plan
5. Pacific Power Claim Update
a. Dave received the form from Pacific Power and emailed to Craig Lazzari
b. Claiming cost of water heater and associated electrical and plumbing
c. Decided honorary membership 2024 for his and wife
6. Rentals Report
a. 7 rentals in March
b. 7 rentals in April (9 days)
c. Requested a Rentals report to include income, number of rentals and days rented 7. New Historic Photo
a. Old photo and UV glass and space
b. New historic photo is of the 50th Wedding Anniversary of 1st Master in 1915 c. Paintings

8. Lucky Duct Work completed

b. Rust is in the vent tubes
c. Recommended filter cover for floor intakes to minimize

a. The person Amy signed up with didn’t give Amy the correct info
b. They only allow 1 turn off per year
c. Yearly cost - $1020; Amy is paying half. Grange will cover it.
12. Ed installed a wireless switch for the stairs down to the basement.
13. Half tank of oil left, good for now.
