    1. $1200 since december meeting 

    2. Amy provided updates on rental report about availability and deep cleaning

  4. Materials for shed repair update

    1. Shed project: Larry updated, ordered everything but the door

    2. Door discussion - will source from home depot, double doors.

  5. Maintenance plan 

    1. Rudi: Provided typed maintenance and cleaning plan

    2. Outlet distribution:  only outlet in Men's restroom in the light switch.

    3. Prioritization of projects: safety, beautification

    4. Date of replacements: 

      1. water heater 2023

      2. furnace updates 2023

      5. Septic replaced and building water line 2018

      6. Septic las pumped never, new in 2018

    5. Silverware: 5 sets of 5 for $10.  Barb will pick up a set in Portland and bring it back for the next meeting.

  6. Event: Seed exchange: 

    1. April 19th 11-1 and is grange month

    2. Shannon at OHSU - Bruce and Barb shared contact info

    3. Canning/fermentation

    4. Julie Hackett/ Laughing Rabbit- Regina contacted and Julie is interested and can do some education.  She suggested many ideas from successful seed events she’s participated in and was very energetic.  Can farmers sell seeds while having free offerings for swap?

  7. Website: Advertising local farmers on our Grange website regardless of membership

  8. Lawnmower purchase - new vs. used discussed

    1. Dave will research, Rudi can help shop

    2. Price point: $2000 (Craig will donate if its electric)

    3. Storage: can we store it here for fire code.  Larry will ask Fire Chief

  9. Ann - teaching Amherst workshop, start April 17, 5 weeks long, 11-2pm reviewed $60 per use for 5 weeks total.
