1. Calendar - Event Planning 

a. Decide Dates 

i. May Pole and Seed Swap: Saturday May 3rd, 12-4 PM 

ii. Harvest Festival: Sunday October 26th, 1-4 PM 

iii. Pie Auction: Saturday November 8th, 5:30 - 7:30 PM 

iv. Wreath Making: Sunday December 7th, 12-3 PM 

2. Website: GREAT WORK Barb! We used it to reference the calendar during the meeting. Thank you for all your hard work! 

3. Building Project 

a. Shed Rehab “Stop the Rot” - $1843 check and $1 dollar Grant received by Dave from Grange i. Larry is point person 

ii. Timing July 9-16 

iii. Repair & rebuild ideas 

iv. Discussed other uses: mower/tractor parking 

v. Nancy seeking affordable lawn mower options 

b. Cleaning 

i. Smelled and looked great in the grange! 

4. Treasurer’s Report as of End of Year 

a. Bank balance current: $ 12,708.07 

b. Outbound payments: 11, 200.82 

i. Water s - $34.21 

ii. Electricity - $50.39 

iii. Internet - $124.98 

iv. Septic - $127/mo 

c. Loan for Septic: Craig will check pay off options with loan and send email for pay-in-full vote as quorum is not available. There are approximately 30 payments at $127/mo = ~$3800. 5. Winterize Plan 

a. Drip faucet 

b. RV antifreeze in toilets
