  2. By-laws Discussion

    1. Dave presented his suggested By-Laws (sent to members via email)

      1. Memberships

        1. Individual $70

        2. Family $120

      2. November

        1. Officer Election for 2-year term

        2. Coming up 2024

    2. Executive Committee

      1. 6 members, have authority to make decisions, financial/etc

      2. Has to be President, Treasurer, Secretary and three at large

      3. Amy and Larry Volunteered

      4. Dave with talk to Rudi

    3. Financial Committee

      1. At least three

      2. President, Treasurer and Amy 

  3. Grant application cycle:

    1. East side small storage shed

      1. Quote for materials needed, redo floor, steps, and a outdoor plug, new door

      2. Larry estimated ~$1200 and will work with City Lumber for supplies quote and add electrical to the quote

    2. West window painting

      1. Larry will position the ladder for Dave who will paint the exterior window trims.

  4. Rental/Event report

    1. Reviewed events, report provided by Amy

    2. Callie Linder wants to do a one-time 4H clinic here, Grange will sponsor/won’t charge

    3. Totals earned $1300 

    4. Upcoming rentals for end June/July projected ~ $150

  5. Membership report

    1. Ann Ornie had to leave early

      2. Send Sue and Darwin Meiners a letter for their annual dues

      2. Amy Boyovich will

        2. Social media push asking for what people want to do

      3. Gina will talk to Erica Clark at Watershed

      4. Nancy will talk to Cliff Taylor and his partner Aisling for poetry reading or story-telling event

    2. Fill up heating oil tank, Dave nominated Craig to order it up.
